Job Description
We are seeking friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team! We offer a fast paced casual office environment in the wholesale hardware business. If have a punctual and friendly personality with a desire to learn, we are willing to train! Office hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers via phone, email and counter sales
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assist in daily paperwork, data entry, and inventory control
- End of day register close-out and balancing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and Detail-Oriented
