    Job Description

    We are seeking friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team! We offer a fast paced casual office environment in the wholesale hardware business. If have a punctual and friendly personality with a desire to learn, we are willing to train! Office hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers via phone, email and counter sales
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Assist in daily paperwork, data entry, and inventory control
    • End of day register close-out and balancing

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated and Detail-Oriented
