    Job Description

    -Full-time, non-exempt employee- an hourly position. Employees will be paid an hourly rate while deployed on a job, and overtime will be paid in accordance with the employee's state of residence. 

    -Must be able to travel for extended periods of time. 

    -Must be flexible for weekends and working over 40 hours per week. Must be able to frequently travel and stay on assignments for extended periods of time. 

    -Assists transitions of financial advisors moving from one financial firm to another. 

    -Works with vendors to ensure correct and compliant completion of all tasks necessary to move over the advisors' book of business. 

    -Comfortably assist and work cohesively with financial advisors and their clients to move over accounts and assets from contra firm. Must be able to accomplish this working remotely or onsite with advisor. 

    -Daily tasks involve daily meetings with new recruit team, opening new client accounts, moving assets from contra firm to new firm, assisting the financial advisor's clients with new documents and questions in regards to moving their accounts.

    -Must be comfortable leading and directing the firm and advisors with our transition system.

    -Help manage and maintain relationship with the new recruit team and supporting branch. 

    -Help host daily in-person/Zoom meetings with new recruit team and supporting branch. 

    -Must have advanced experience using Microsoft Excel.
