We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you would be responsible for the efficient flow of incoming materials and preparation of and timely shipment of products to our customer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, process, and verify incoming shipments

Load and unload materials including: indirect materials, outgoing parcels and skids, scrap and recyclables

Ability to operate a forklift and efficiently build crates (Will train)

Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy

Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards

Generate shipping labels and documentation accurately

Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries

Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies

Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy

Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time

Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies

Contribute to continuous improvement by making recommendations to management

Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient workspace

Assist with other duties as needed, including occasional lifting of heavy objects

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to carry up to 50lbs

Forklift certification is helpful, but not required

Shipping/Receiving experience

Experienced using computers and/or Microsoft Office Suite

Warehouse experience including picking, packaging and shipping a plus

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

COMPENSATION:

Pay rate starts at $20-$22 per hour with BOE
