We are looking for a highly motivated HR Coordinator, who has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and thrives in a high-paced environment. This role will guide employees through the human resource processes and answer any questions. The HR Coordinator will assist with tasks across all functions of the HR department, including maintain employee files, administering benefits, conducting onboarding, and handling employee issues or questions. The position also has an active role in ensuring all human resource functions are complying with local, state, and federal regulations.
The HR coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. To ensure success, the HR coordinators should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with an basic understanding of employee relationships and recruitment.
