J.N. Solutions primarily serves customers within the life sciences industry. We typically conduct searches for transformational leaders and executives. We are looking for a Talent Partner/Recruiter who will work closely with our Client Partners to ensure performance goals and objectives are met for each assigned project. Performance is measured by the recruiter’s consistent production of high-quality deliverables in alignment with J.N. Solutions’ values, vision, mission and purpose. We work hard to ensure our customers truly experience our values throughout the process.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Learn the J.N. Solutions’ process, methodologies and systems, and your role and responsibilities through each.
• Collaborate with Client Partners to execute creative and comprehensive outreach campaigns that include telephone and electronic methods and tightly align with J.N. Solutions' mission, values, and purpose.
• Recruit and assess prospects against qualification criteria.
• Capture pertinent information within J.N. Solutions’ applicant tracking system: Crelate. (Previous familiarity with Crelate helps, but is not necessary).
• Consistently reflect and demonstrate the values that define J.N. Solutions.
• Do what’s right by the people and customers you work with.
• Adapt to a culture of learning where people work with a high level of autonomy within the J.N. Solutions process.
• Genuinely want what is best for everyone: clients, candidates, and the team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a candidate sourcer/recruiter.
• Proactive and personally accountable. Not an order taker. Makes things happen. Someone who takes ownership, and charge of their projects to ensure outcomes are optimal.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize their role and contribution to team-members and both internal and external customers; values everyone's time and operates efficiently and effectively.
• Enjoys asking questions to understand and uncover business issues and challenges.
• Bold and comfortable asking the tough questions of candidates and/or customers.
• Interest in psychological motivations, drivers, behaviors, and personality traits that influence outcomes and success.
• Adept at mental and linguistic gymnastics. Appreciation for the subtleties of communication.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office/Office 365 suite including Sharepoint.
• High-energy and passion
• Intuitive understanding of complex marketing and sales processes and concepts.
• Adept at gathering appropriate information in order to influence decisions and strategies.
• Insatiable curiosity; driven to continuously learn and grow as a professional and individual.
