    CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER -  MOBILE APPLICATIONS, WFH

    Our client, a leading technology vendor that develops Mobile Applications development tools is looking for talented candidates to join their growing Customer Success Department.  This is a Virtual Office/Work-from-home (WFH) role and can be located anywhere in the US.

    THIS IS A VIRTUAL OFFICE (WFH) ROLE FOR THE NEXT 9-12 MONTHS.

    THIS IS A FULL-TIME, DIRECT-HIRE ROLE.  THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT POSITION.

    NO CONTRACTORS, C2C, THIRD-PARTY AGENCIES, PLEASE.

    NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with clients in the onboarding and training process to help them maximize ROI on the firm SaaS-based tools.

    • Work with clients on utilizing product features and developing campaigns.

    • Strategic planning initiatives, marketing program development, results analysis, and campaign execution.

    • Ensure any account issues are resolved quickly, utilizing resources from across Technical Support, Sales, Engineering etc.

    • Track accounts to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk

    • Identify growth opportunities and upselling potential within the existing client base.

    • Support sales on new business pitches and client integration planning.

    • Function as the voice of the customer and provide feedback to internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Product Development, QA, Sales and Sales Engineering.

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

    • A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.

    • 3-5+ Years of experience in a Customer-facing role (post- or pre-sales) such as Technical Support, Account Management, Product Support, Internal IT or training.

        

    KNOWLEDGE OF SEVERAL (NOT ALL!) OF THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL DOMAINS:

    • Strong Technical understanding of SaaS-based applications and infrastructure.

    • Strong understanding of Mobile/Web Application development & architecture, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, GO, C++, HTML5.

    • Direct experience with Software test automation tools: Appium, Selenium, XCUITest, Espresso, UIAutomator, , etc

    • Mobile Development for iOS or Android

    • APIs:  REST preferred, JSON, SOAP helpful

    • Linux, Unix, Windows OS experience preferred at the Command Line or Command Prompts level.
