Outside Wireless Sales Manager Team Leader
Compensation: Competitive
Essential Functions Statement(s)
Develop and implement sales leads, prospecting in assigned territory.
Meet and exceed all sales and revenue goals.
Complete 10 quality visits with clients on a bi-weekly basis.
Manage Special Events which includes working some weekends.
Build and maintain customer relationships by assisting clients in developing and implementing business growth plans.
Follow up, close a sale, and understand the complete sales process.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of outside sales industry-related experience, which includes satellite, electrical / electronics, cell phone, wholesale / distribution with demonstrated ability to increase revenue base.
Must have 2 years wireless mobility sales experience (Verizon preferred).
Must have a proven track record and experience closing deals.
Experience with distribution, wholesale, major accounts, or national account selling preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills
outside sales: 5 years (Required)
Computer Skills:
Working experience using SalesForce.com or similar sales or customer relationship management databases.
Computer literate in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Microsoft Outlook – Basic level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as composing, sending, forwarding and replying to incoming e-mail, attaching computerized files, and utilizing calendar and task reminders.
Microsoft Word – Basic level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as composing, editing, naming and saving documents, formatting text, and printing.
Microsoft Excel – Basic level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as creating a spreadsheet, formatting a spreadsheet, using the formula bar, and calculating numbers.
Internet Explorer or other web browsers – Basic level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as navigating through websites via hyperlinks and searching websites using various search engines and boomerang searches.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver's license with a clean and satisfactory driving record.
Valid auto insurance coverage.
Other Requirements:
Neat and professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficient in basic mathematical skills such as adding, subtracting, dividing, and multiplying.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities
Accountable for all aspects of the operation of a retail location
Maintain strong company knowledge of all products
Recruit, hire, train, and coach a strong team of wireless sales consultants
Achieve maximum sales performance from team with a focus on profitability
Merchandise sales floor to maximize floor space.
Maintain inventory levels while controlling expenses, operating costs and shrinkage.
Analyze and measure business trends to drive advertising and marketing plans
Exceed all sales and operational goals and objectives.
Compliance with all Verizon Wireless policies and procedures
Courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services
(Smart Phone sales Tablet sales Smart Watch sales. Must have a great familiarity with iOS & Android operating systems Required)
College degree preferred but not required
