Project Manager - New Home Construction

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in New Home Construction. The successful candidate will oversee projects from start to finish, and ensure projects are on-time and on-budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum HS Diploma or similar

• 3+ years of Construction Project Management experience

• Must have experience interacting with customers on a regular basis; CUSTOMER-CENTRIC approach

• Must have understanding of codes, regulations and procedures associated with Residential Construction

• Diligent about project schedules and deadlines

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc), Construction Management software and other digital tools and software 

• Must be able to pass a drug & background check

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
