We have been retained by our client, a growing Architecture Firm in the greater Columbus area, to find a Architect / Project Manager with a strong background in Healthcare. This role involves managing design and construction phase services for diverse project types, encompassing architectural design and interdisciplinary coordination.

Duties:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including architectural designs, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring alignment with client needs, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Regularly communicate project progress, milestones, and potential challenges to clients, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals, and liaise with regulatory authorities to address any issues that may arise during the project.
• Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and meet established goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Architectural Design Project Management experience
• Healthcare Design experience
• Proficient in Revit

Preferred Qualifications:

• Registered Architect
• Masters Degree in Architecture
