Waterproofing Superintendent - Commercial Construction

We are looking for an experienced Waterproofing Superintendent with a strong background in Commercial Construction/Roofing. The successful candidate will ensure Waterproofing projects are being complete in accordance with the company and customer specifications as well as industry regulations.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma

• 4+ years of Waterproofing experience in Commercial Construction/Roofing industry 

• Experience in application of various waterproofing membranes, deck coatings, barrier membranes/flashings, and sealants is preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus 

• Must have valid drivers license & reliable transportation

• Must be able to pass a drug & background check

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
