We have been retained by a growing mid-sized AE firm to identify a Structural Designer to play a key role in Bridge design projects. The Structural Designer's experience in design and drawing production within Bridge design and development will be crucial in driving project success and delivering top-notch solutions.

Duties:

• Create precise foundational models and print materials for construction drawings, encompassing main plans, views, cross-sections, and specifics.
• Work jointly with engineers and designers, integrating their annotations into the plans.
• Compile sets of submitted drawings for review.
• Manage records of project plan checks in print format.
• Establish and manage CAD workspaces for ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum Associates Degree in Civil/Structural Design or related discipline
• At least 5 years of Bridge design and development experience
• Proficient in Microstation
• Experience working on MDOT projects and utilizing CAD workspace
• Experience with Civil 3D and/or InRoads is preferred
