Quality Control Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager with a strong background in Federal Construction Projects. The successful candidate will be onsite to implement and manage the Quality Control (QC) program.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Program Manager
• Implement and manage the Quality Control program at project worksite
• Oversee a team of two QC Specialists and all QC activities at project worksite
• Manage and coordinate the three phases of control and documentation as required by contract
• Coordinate any Special Inspection activities as necessary
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum High School diploma
• 10+ years of QCM experience on comparable projects
• Experience with USACE (Army Corps of Engineers)
• CQM-C certification
• Experience working on projects over $30m
• Experience with Healthcare existing building construction projects is a plus
