Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Estimator with a strong background in the Homebuilding industry. The successful candidate will prepare quotes and estimates for New Home Construction. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Over 5 years of estimating experience in the Homebuilding industry
• Must have strong background with Take-offs
• Must have an understanding of Building Materials and Labor Costs
  
• Need to be able to quickly adjust and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
