We have been retained by our client, a growing AE Firm in Florida, to find a Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality completion. The role requires expertise in safety leadership, subcontractor management, site logistics, quality assurance, and effective communication with stakeholders and project teams.

Duties:

• Take charge of fostering a robust safety culture within the organization by actively demonstrating a commitment to an accident-free environment, mentoring team members, and conducting investigations and retraining as necessary.
• Actively oversee and organize subcontractors, ensuring a streamlined workflow throughout the project.
• Schedule and facilitate regular safety meetings with subcontractors while ensuring seamless coordination of their activities.
• Develop and execute site planning, logistics, and execution procedures, including the implementation of stringent quality assurance and control protocols.
• Ensure that all work aligns with contract documents and specifications, develop and execute work schedules that identify critical paths, and expedite the timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site; coordinate, direct, and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, labor, and materials.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in building construction
• Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs.
• Tilt Wall Experience
• Commercial ground up experience
