We have been retained by our client, a growing AE Firm in the greater Harrisburg area, to find a Field Operations Manager. The Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing local field office operations, ensuring efficient, profitable, and regulatory-compliant execution of projects.

Duties:

• Oversee office operations for timely, within-budget project completion while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  
• Supervise project reporting, labor forecasts, and costing; manage office and warehouse purchases to optimize expenditures.
• Lead and mentor the local team, managing aspects from hiring and training to performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Foster strong client relationships, addressing concerns promptly, and collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, stay updated on regulations, and evaluate operations to implement best practices and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in demolition, construction, HAZMAT remediation or related industry.
• Proficient in Buildertrend, Procore or related software

Preferred qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish
