Project Manager - Custom Home-Builder

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Custom Home-Building. The successful candidate will oversee projects from start to finish, and ensure projects are on-time and on-budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum HS Diploma or similar

• 3+ years of New Home Construction experience

• Custom Home-Building background is highly preferred

• Must be able to interface with the customer on a regular basis

• Must have understanding of codes, regulations and procedures associated with New Home Construction
  

• Must be able to pass a drug & background check

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
