We have been retained by our client, a Commercial Roofing Contractor in the greater Houston area, to find a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This position involves identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and presenting roofing solutions to meet their specific needs.

Duties:

• Prospect and identify potential commercial roofing clients through market research and networking.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' roofing needs and provide tailored roofing solutions.
• Collaborate with our roofing experts to develop accurate project proposals and quotes.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in commercial sales, preferably in roofing or construction industries.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and materials is a plus
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and site inspections
