Join our client, a growing Engineering Firm in the greater Columbus area, as a Roadway Design Engineer/Project Manager. Lead impactful transportation projects, combining your engineering expertise with project management skills to drive success in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Duties:

• Spearhead roadway design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and project specifications.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to meet client expectations and achieve financial objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Provide technical expertise in roadway design, addressing complex engineering challenges and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key client liaison, understanding project needs, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio.
• 10+ years of experience in roadway design and project management for transportation infrastructure projects; ODOT is preferred
• Proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD; InRoads and/or OpenRoads is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
