Project Coordinator - Construction
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a growing Construction company in the greater Seattle area. The successful candidate will assist the Preconstruction on a variety of activities such as assembling bid proposals and subcontractor management.
Requirements:
Minimum High School diploma; Bachelor's Degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator position or similar
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.) and ERP systems
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
Technical Writing skills are a plus
Experience in the Construction industry is a plus
Must be able to pass a drug & background check
