    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the safety of staff and patients. In this role, you will ensure policies and procedures is followed and are expected to lead by example. Ensuring scheduling and assignments for nursing staff. You are a Registered Nurse Supervisor who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in creating and implementing personalized care plans for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong penchant for solving problems.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans

    Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients

    Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans

    Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

    Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care

    Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention

    Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities

    Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions

    Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes

    Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor

    Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

    Qualifications

    Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment

    Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred

    Excellent interpersonal and client care skills

    Valid driver’s license

    First aid/CPR certification required
