    Job Description

    In the position of part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the Demand Division, providing support to the Director of Marketing and the VP of Demand. This is a junior-level position with unlimited growth opportunities for the right candidate. We're seeking a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who's organized, tech-savvy, able to effectively multi-task and prioritize, and take initiative. In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day tasks that contribute to the development and execution of multi-platform marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, and the VP of Demand to ideate, plan and execute digital marketing projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Set up and monitor digital ad campaigns, report on KPIs, and recommend areas of improvement.
    • Update our company websites (WordPress)
    • Design and implement landing pages using industry best practices (WordPress and/or Hubspot)
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide data, insights and recommendations for optimization towards marketing goals, campaign ad spend, and campaign funnels across digital channels
    • Track and analyze web traffic and conversions using Google Analytics
    • Analyze social media metrics
    • Propose unique and thoughtful solutions to both short-term and long-term development goals
    • Support in the distribution and marketing of ISA’s content to establish thought leadership and generate leads
    • Compile “knowledge bases” with current industry news from the following verticals – cannabis, auto, grocery, retail, tech, marketing & advertising
    • Compose and schedule social media posts and assist
    • Attend client calls and summarize call notes as needed
    • Research and provide background summary on prospective clients
    • Proofread proposals
    • Keep assets (graphics and documents) organized and updated and ensure the most updated versions are distributed to the teams
    • Keep company directories updated with new capabilities and products
    •  Administrative and other and clerical tasks as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years experience with WordPress
    • 2+ years experience running digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn)
    • Working knowledge of SEO
    • 2+ years experience with Google Analytics
    • Experience with Hubspot a plus
    • Proven problem-solving skills and an “out-of-the-box” thinking style
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
    • Extremely organized with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly responsive with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
    • Background in Market Research a plus
