THE MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST (MRA) is an energetic role vital to the success of our business. The MRA is responsible for supporting Research Managers and Directors to work on all aspects of market research engagements. The MRA is a client-engaging role to support Research Managers and Directors in client management.
The MRA is part of a fast-paced team environment and expected to work on their own drive and initiative. Job success is based on having excellent communication, organization skills, and customer service skills coupled with the ability to provide fast-turnaround information both internally and externally. The MRA is expected to manage their own time and operate with little supervision.
The MRA is expected to think innovative and bring ideas and best practices to help the organization and department continually improve the insights, values, and solutions we provide.
