Job Description
The Project Manager (PM) is a dynamic role vital to the success of our business. The PM is responsible for managing all aspects of projects including but not limited to recruitment efforts, cost, and overall profit margin. Acting as a liaison between clients and various departments within ISA. Coordinate all components of the study from the beginning to the end.
The PM will be part of a fast-paced team environment and expected to work on their own drive and initiative. Job success is based on having excellent communication, organization skills, and customer services skills coupled with the ability to provide fast-turnaround information both internally and externally. The PM is expected to manage their own time and operate with little supervision.
This position is currently remote. However, we are looking for someone In the Orange County or Los Angeles, California area.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Although the Project Manager does not directly supervise staff, the Project Manager is responsible to ensure that their projects are running according to budget and according to client specifications. This may require the Project Manager to assist with the training and supervising of recruiters and/or hosts.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School graduate or equivalent and five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires good working knowledge of Excel and Word, must be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task. Must be service-oriented.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with clients and employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratios, percent, means, and averages. Ability to perform algebraic formulas. Ability to interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve complicated problems, ability to analyze data. Must have strong logic skills. Ability to interpret a variety of data.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or reach with hands or arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and rarely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to identify and distinguish colors.
