ABOUT THIS ROLE:

The ONLINE SURVEY QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (OSQAS) is a vital role to the success of our business. The OSQAS is responsible for supporting Survey Programming to deliver quality, error-free programs while meeting timeline and client requirements. The OSQAS is expected to manage their own time and produce high-quality deliverables with little supervision.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Review client survey documents and create a testing plan for every project
• Test and debug surveys for logic and copy errors to ensure error-free programs
• Provide suggestions on ways to improve readability, aesthetics and user flow
• Document errors and communicate issues to programming team
• Re-test and confirm programming fixes have been correctly implemented
• Reviewing live survey response data for issues not identifiable during testing
• Perform data cleaning of bad survey response data
• Ensure survey programs meet client expectations and demand
• Manage multiple programs and timelines in parallel
• Perform tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow exact instructions
• Basic understanding to skip patterns and logic
• Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to learn to new programs and process quickly and efficiently
• Strong written communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex issues
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, specifically Word and Excel
• High proficiency with web browsers and website navigation
• Demonstrated skills in multitasking, time management and organization
• An enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude and ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking style
• Strong desire to succeed, both individually and as a team
• Must be self-directed and work well in a remote team environment
• Market Research experience is a plus
