    JAC is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in the digital world who can help grow the client’s online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, monitoring conversations, responding to inquiries across multiple digital marketing platforms, reporting on key metrics, and managing multiple client’s social media platforms at a time. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills, experience in account management, an understanding of the latest trends in social media, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Responsibilities: • Manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously. • Use paid advertising on various digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc) to distribute successful advertising campaigns. • Building and executing innovative social media strategies through best practice research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. • Create organic and paid content for various social media platforms (Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) in collaboration with clients. • Prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads through lead generation forms on paid ads. • Continuously improve content on our social media channels by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices. • Developing monthly social media and Google reports using platform analytics and key metrics. • Meet with clients on a monthly basis to review marketing campaigns and analytics. • Stay on top of regulatory changes regarding digital platforms (web, social media) that apply to the industry. • Provide assistance with updates to clients’ websites. Qualifications: • You have 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have good leadership qualities. • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing. • In-depth knowledge of posting to and monitoring activity on Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, etc. • Understanding of Paid advertising on various platforms, including Meta and Google. • Experience in social media content management and working with various media (photography, video, graphic design, blogs, external articles, etc.) • Excellent time management and ability to work on a deadline. • Great at multi-tasking as you’ll be working on various client projects at a time. • Great critical thinking skills, a good work ethic, and client relations skills. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
