WE ARE SEEKING A PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

Due to retirement, we are seeking a replacement Plumbing Service Manager for our company. The vast majority of the job is done within normal business hours on weekdays, allowing excellent work/life balance. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directly supervises, manages, coaches and develops Plumbing field service technicians.
• Primary point of contact for customer service issues.
• Liaison and facilitator for city inspectors, permits, plan review.
• Liaison and facilitator for remodeling customer scheduling and quality assurance.
• Safety training program.
• On-site troubleshooting when required.
• Oversight of warehouse (daily stocking and ordering by others).
• Isometric drawing as needed.
• Keeping up with and implementing code changes.
• Other tasks as needed to keep everything running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Must be a patient and calm presence when dealing with technicians and customers.
• Technical experience in plumbing. (Ohio Plumbing License preferred.)
• Experience in managing people within an organization.
• Able to read blueprints, diagrams and technical schematics.
• Working knowledge of relevant plumbing and building codes, legislation and regulations.
• Working knowledge of the techniques, methods, tools and safety precautions of the Plumbing trade.
• Must be reliable.
• Must be adept at basic computer operations.
• Must be able to multi-task and follow up all issues to their conclusion.
