Job Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to the restaurant team

Assist in training restaurant staff

Monitor food and labor costs

Handle hands-on daily operations

Handle food prep, money, registers, banking, customer service

REQUIREMENTS

Management experience in fast food or quick serve - 1 year min.

Sense of urgency

Ability to multitask

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Time management skills

Strong communication skills

Quick service experience is a plus

Sandwich making experience is a plus
