Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Technician to enhance our service quality. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues, with a special appreciation for those experienced with Japanese vehicles. While this expertise is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with manufacturer standards.

Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.

Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.

Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.

Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.

Own set of tools preferred but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.

ASE certifications highly regarded.

Valid driver’s license.
