Responsibility Summary - Commercial HVAC Technician:
- Experience making repair and replace decisions
- Refrigeration installation and service experience strongly preferred
- Preferred experience with commercial scale coolers, packaged rooftop units and split systems, chillers, boilers, exhaust and makeup air units, cooking equipment, and VRF System
- Knowledge or expertise with air balancing principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Knowledge or expertise with basic sheet metal practices
- Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Advanced customer service skills
- High attention to detail
Qualification Summary - Commercial HVAC Technician:
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Trade-school or Associate Degree in HVAC or a related field is preferred, but not required
- 7+ years of experience on commercial HVAC refrigeration and servicing projects
