Responsibility Summary - Commercial HVAC Technician:

• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Refrigeration installation and service experience strongly preferred
• Preferred experience with commercial scale coolers, packaged rooftop units and split systems, chillers, boilers, exhaust and makeup air units, cooking equipment, and VRF System
• Knowledge or expertise with air balancing principles and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Knowledge or expertise with basic sheet metal practices
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Advanced customer service skills
• High attention to detail

Qualification Summary - Commercial HVAC Technician:

• Minimum of high school diploma
• Trade-school or Associate Degree in HVAC or a related field is preferred, but not required
• 7+ years of experience on commercial HVAC refrigeration and servicing projects
