Summary – Survey Crew Chief: As a Survey Crew Chief you will be responsible for leading a land survey crew in collecting boundary, topographic, ALTA, and as-built survey data.

Responsibility Summary - Survey Crew Chief:

• Provide technical expertise to internal and external clients
• Collect construction staking, boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveying data.
• Operate GPS, total stations and data collectors
• Run a crew of two.
• Transfer files between data collectors and internal company project folders

Qualification Summary – Survey Crew Chief:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of surveying experience (at least 1+ years operating as a Crew Chief)
• Must be able to operate a robotic total station and GPS in both static and RTK modes
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle with a valid license and clean driving history
• Must be able perform tasks and solve problems with a high degree of independence
• Basic “office suite” computer skills
• Boundary and topographic data collection specialties preferred
