    An opportunity is available for an  Entry-Level Construction Project Manager within the National Accounts facilities team. This role is situated at the corporate headquarters in Olathe, KS, focusing on ensuring project objectives are efficiently met within specified timelines and budgets.

    Project Manager Responsibilities:

    • Review project plans and specifications, manage material requirements, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure adherence to customer budget guidelines.
    • Direct and coordinate activities to maintain project progress within scheduled timelines and allocated budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
    • Effectively communicate technical findings to clients and customers, addressing inquiries and presenting information to various managerial groups.
    • Demonstrate adeptness in project coordination and problem-solving, exercising sound judgment and predictive abilities.
    • Ensure adherence to administrative procedures for timely project management and cost-effectiveness.
    • Oversee project quality standards and align them with customer expectations.
    • Track job materials and innovate solutions to execution-related issues.
    • Maintain organized job files to facilitate accurate project completion and billing.
    • Collaborate with strategic partners and internal service teams, adhering to service level agreements.
    • Uphold a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues under varying circumstances.

    Project Manager Requirements:

    • Detail-oriented individuals comfortable in deadline-driven, fast-paced work environments.
    • Mechanical inclination is advantageous.
    • Capability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
    • Preferably a Construction Management Degree or two years' experience in project coordination or assistant project management/engineering within construction, service, subcontractor, or property management sectors.
    • Strong mathematical skills for bid verification.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
    • Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
