A rapidly growing Excavating Company in Southwest Florida is looking for a Sr. Estimator to grow their business in Tampa. The right candidate can expect:

\- Excellent base pay ranging from $100k - $160k

The right candidate will have a track record of success in SW Florida. Base pay based on experience and ability to bring in new business.  Candidates must have 3-5 years minimum experience, specifically estimating on excavating projects with a track record of accuracy and success.  Must be able to clearly communicate to PM, Owner, and clients. Must be self sufficient with the ability to meet deadlines and goals. Must understand conditions specific to Southwest Florida.

Job Requirements:

-Proficiency on take off and estimating software including: AGTEK, Pay Dirt, HCSS Heavy Bid or Bid2Win, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam or comparable software

-Complete background check, Drug Screen, and physical

-Have an active driver's license

-Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Mgt preferred but will substitute for experience
