Survey Technician – Civil CAD Technician Summary: We are currently seeking candidates with computer-aided drafting and design (CADD) experience for Survey CAD Technician openings. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working on land survey projects in AutoCAD Civil 3D, but we are open to considering candidates at all levels of experience.

Survey Technician – Civil CAD Technician Responsibility Summary:

• Assisting Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD productions, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparations, legal descriptions, and computing survey points
• Processing of raw field data through Trimble Business Center
• Preform QA/QC checks
• Coordinate and work with filed crews and other office staff

Survey Technician – Civil CAD Technician Qualification Summary

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or Bachelor degree in CADD, Civil Engineering, or other relevant fields of study preferred
• 1+ years of AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required
• Preferred experience producing CAD drawings for land surveying projects (ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, boundary surveys, as-builts)
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
