    Responsibility Summary – Document Control Specialist

    • Support PM's through preparation, review, revisions and issuance of monthly clients invoices in a timely manner.
    • Understand project reporting and backup requirements to ensure compliance.
    • Manage request for documentation from internal and external stakeholders.
    • Act as the CEI point of contact for distributing project related information with all levels of the project team and
    • potentially external parties.
    • Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required.
    • Process and control project document types on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Communicate changes to document control procedures or other relevant information to the project team in consultation
    • with the Project Manager.
    • Assists in implementing new and improving Document Management systems and document management processes.
    • Manage and maintain construction project files for DOT and municipal projects.
    • Prepare and submit monthly pay estimates, change orders, progress reports, contractor payrolls and labor wage rate
    • interviews.
    • Attend and participate in pre-construction meetings, project progress meetings and client close out meetings.
    • Manage project documentation for compliance with Local, State DOT & FHWA requirements.
    • Job may require working from job site trailers, job site visits and PPE requirements when in the field.

    Qualification Summary – Document Control Specialist

    • HS Diploma required; AS or BS in business, finance, civil engineering or a related field preferred
    • 3+ years of document control experience
    • 1+ years of experience with project scheduling in Primavera P6 software
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate with key stakeholders both internally and externally
