Summary - CNC Machinist: We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a team with a great work environment where you can grow your machining skills with challenging work and a supportive management team. You would be responsible for machining parts to customer specifications, which will include setting up, programming, operating the machinery, and checking produced parts for quality assurance. This position is for an expert Mill or Lathe Machinist. We currently have a need for either skill sets.

Responsibility Summary – CNC Machinist:

• Set up machinery for new small batch production runs; including inputting programming updates/changes.
• Operate machinery to produce finished parts.
• Check parts for quality assurance.
• Help other machinists set up and program as required.

Qualification Summary – CNC Machinist:

• High school diploma required; any secondary education in a relevant field is however preferred
• 7+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC Mills and/or Lathes.
• High mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Experience performing quality assurance checks using measurement tools (i.e. calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
• Experience with writing CNC programing code: Fanuc Controls, G & M
