    What you’d be doing as a Recruiter for JARBO:

    • Creating and posting job advertisements for open job orders.
    • Sourcing candidates for open job orders through proactive means.
    • Cold calling candidates to advertise career opportunities.
    • Interviewing candidates in vetting out how good of a match they’d be for open job orders.
    • Making candidate recommendations for open job orders.
    • Scheduling interviews.
    • Negotiating employment offers.
    • Developing and maintaining a network of candidates.

    Qualifications We Are Seeking in a Recruiter:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relatable field of study (business administration, psychology, communications, marketing, etc.)
    • Strong computer literacy and experience utilizing common computer software programs.
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Intuition skills
    • Leverageable connections
