    Responsibility Summary - Wastewater Civil Project Engineer

    • Support and track progress of field inspection activities, including flow monitoring, CCTV/cleaning, manhole inspections and smoke testing
    • Perform sanitary sewer evaluation studies, which includes analyzing flow data, reviewing inspection data, hydraulic modeling, and preparing rehabilitation recommendations and plans
    • Perform collection systems analysis utilizing infrastructure assessment data, including flow meters, rain gauges, televising, cleaning, smoke testing, and manhole investigation
    • Communicate with public and property owners to explain private I/I programs, including building evaluations and coordinating plumbing repairs
    • Use experience and skills to provide deliverables as outlined in project scope, within budget and on schedule
    • Assist the project manager with project deliverables, including preparation of reports and supporting documentation as well as compilation of data for invoicing, when required

    Qualification Summary - Wastewater Civil Project Engineer 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
    • ArcGIS, InfoSWMM, Fulcrum, Granite XP and Waterspout software; ability to work in Lucity may also be required
    • Knowledge of engineering principles and procedures
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization
