    This position will be placed at our Fort Worth facility through our local staffing agency partner and will not be directly employed by JAS USA Forwarding, Inc. It is a temporary position through the local staffing agency, with an opportunity for hire based on performance.

    **** ** Job Overview** : The Inventory Control Specialist supports both operational processes and inventory accuracy. Responsible for executing item level inventory plans for all clients in the warehouse as well as trouble shooting process issues for operations related to inventory. The Inventory specialist will work closely with operations team to deliver desired results. **

    ****What will I be responsible for?

    • Responsible for maintaining item/location level inventory plans for the warehouse.
    • Monitor inventory pipeline, anticipate, and proactively communicate issues, and develop mitigation plans for any pipeline gaps.
    • Inventory to right location in the right quantity to support operations while also improving inventory accuracy.
    • Monitor and report on important changes and/or challenges in a timely manner to support sales and financial objectives.
    • Troubleshoot inventory issues such as, creating new items in the WMS, WMS location maintenance, and on-the-fly location discrepancies.
    • Cycle counting
    • Item/location/order audits.
    • Performing additional duties as assigned

    Helpful Skills

    • Must have 1+ years of experience in inventory control
    • ** __**Bilingual Spanish & English a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS office.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Self-driven and highly motivated.
    • Approaches problems with curiosity and is solution oriented.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
