JB Mortgage Group is an Austin-based lending team with a focus on producing high-quality loans generated from referral partners and/or previous clients.

Our approach has been described as "educational", and we think of our loan officers more as concierges with the ultimate goal of becoming a trusted lending advisor for life.

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful individual to join the JBMG team. Must be a licensed LO or LOA currently (the latter is actually a tremendous skill fit for this position).

TRAITS WE LIKE:

1. High attention to detail; we're looking for someone that will onboard and be at a reasonably effective level within 30 days. Systems experience with SalesForce and Encompass a plus.

2. Hard-working; anyone in our industry that survived 2020 is likely a hard worker already, but understand that we thrive on Austin's highly competitive lending environment and won't let anyone outwork us.

3. Good humor; we are far more team-oriented than most lenders, both in how we operate and in a relatively flat organizational structure. Our business is stressful--we rely on each other and prioritize cultural fit. Additionally, if you're looking for more responsibility we can offer it--leadership opportunities and private coaching are perks.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• BASE SALARY + COMMISSION AND/OR BONUS BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND GROWTH. DO MORE, GET PAID MORE :)
