    Account Executive (Sales)

    We are a VC-backed start-up revolutionizing the communications and digital signage industry with the first ‘plug and play’ Holographic and Spatial Computing platform. We make the world’s only completely self-contained, 4k resolution, life-sized “hologram” effect projection machines. Our technology is targeted towards, but not limited to: retail, healthcare. professional sports & venues, education and financial services industries.

    As an experienced outside-sales professional, the Account Executive is a customer-facing role with a clear focus on achieving results and generating revenue. The role reports to the Head of Sales.

    Responsibilities:

    · Build and nurture business relationships with new and existing customers.

    · Manage a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.

    · Strategic outreach through emails, phone calls, and in-person visits, and execution of our Technology demos (Epic & M)

    · Liaise with our Live Events, Operations and Production teams, and other relevant departments to communicate customer events and needs, proactively and frequently.

    · Proactively seek new sales and revenue opportunities by networking via email, onsite, travel, etc.

    · Successfully maintain a full calendar sales activities. Travel as needed (typically once/quarter).

    · Respond to client inquiries regarding product information and quotes.

    · Meet sales quotas when assigned as well as territory goals (i.e. new contact/customer acquisition targets)

    · Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.

    · Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales and understand customer’s specific needs.

    · Recommend marketing strategies to target specific regions or demographics.

    · Generate and submit sales reports to management. Document all records of sales leads and/or customer accounts in CRM (Hubspot).

    · In certain circumstances a Senior Sales Executive will be assigned a Junior Salesperson or perhaps SDR. Provide mentorship and oversight to this individual

    · Key Account Management - Support customers to ensure satisfaction and realize opportunities for further sales.

    · Stay current with general technical overview of our products and services, and how they can benefit or impact our customers.

     

    Requirements:

    · Professional experience in outside sales (hardware or software), must be a self-motivated and proactive problem solver.

    · Driven & competitive.

    · Impeccable written and interpersonal communication skills.

    · A strong drive for results and ability to overcome objections.

    · Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives.

    · Able to manage calendar and self regulate productivity

    · A team player who is curious to learn from peers and mentors, and proactively seek feedback.

    · Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends.

    · Proficiency with the presentation and demonstration software.

    · Must be able to travel for trade shows, demonstrations, client meetings, etc.

    · Able to handle rejection and external pressure with equanimity.

    · Is creative and energized by new problems to solve and loves implementing new ideas quickly.
