Legal Office Services Specialist
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Mail, copy, reception, hospitality, facilities, light office moves.
Operate mailing, copy and fax equipment.
Filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and all other administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintaining conference rooms, coffee stations, pantries, kitchens.
Maintain effective written and oral communications.
Helps to ensure the maximization of productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures.
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
High school diploma or GED required.
One year of experience in customer service, office services, hospitality, restaurants.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and familiarity with computer basics is preferred.
Ability to communicate both verbally and written.
Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems.
Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service.
Must have the ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities.
