Job Description

Our mortgage banker/broker company seeks a full-time residential loan processor for immediate hire. Our ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of mortgage processing experience, excellent multi-tasking skills, and knowledge of all aspects of the loan process, from application to post close. In this position, you are responsible for completing a multitude of administrative duties. Candidates with relevant experience working for a brokerage that submits loans to a variety of lenders for both banking and brokering are highly preferred. • Obtain full loan packages
• Analyze, review, and verify loan packages for accuracy and completeness
• Collect necessary documents for underwriting submission
• Submit complete files to lenders for approval
• Gather necessary conditions for loan docs and funding
• Order loan documents
• Manage pipeline of loans for each client
• Prioritize time-sensitive deadlines
