Job Summary

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

Apply yourself and take advantage of all trainings and resources provided so that you may advance in the field

Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products

Willingness to learn a trade and a want to move up in a growing company

Various duties as needed including warehouse cleaning , van maintenance , material delivery and any other dutiesa requested by management on a day to day basis

Qualifications

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods

Strong attention to detail

Excellent hand-eye coordination

Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary

Flexible with job duties and open to do whatever is needed to move the company forward

Ability to work alone
