JC Whimsical Travel is looking for individuals, experienced in customer service tasks. We offer extraordinary adventures to wherever our clients wish to go. We turn those requests into exceptional packages. Our team is there to train and assist you as a Customer Service Representative. Do you want to have fun every day, learning about different destinations and all the activities those places have to offer?

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answers questions regarding transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities.
• Interacts with clients to determine travel needs and preferences,
• Aids in conducting research on destinations and industry trends
• Helps in booking travel arrangements.
• Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
• Keeps up to date with industry changes.

WORK HOURS AND BENEFITS:  

As a Customer Service Representative, you work remotely, from the comfort of your home. You can determine when you work and where you work. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School education or equivalent
• Sales background preferred, but not required
• Hospitality background preferred, but not required
