Marketing/Administrative Assistant - Remote/Arlington, VAThis is a hybrid role. You will be expected to be onsite 2-3 days per week
Candidates should have demonstrated experience in:
supporting the Marketing team in compiling marketing qualification packages
editing and proofreading marketing materials
supporting events and trade show logistics, including registration and ordering supplies
assisting in marketing research
proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; candidates with experience in design programs such as Canva, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop are preferred
maintaining a Client Relationship Management (CRM) database, like Deltek Vision or Cosential
providing reception and administrative support, including greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, catering and supplies, and receiving/supporting mail and deliveries
answering phones; directing and screening calls
reviewing and editing business correspondence for consistency and clarity
NOTE: An associate or bachelor’s degree is not required, but strongly preferred.
