THE POSITION

We are seeking a Rent Collection Administrator to join our property management team! You will work with the residents of an 1800-unit apartment community to assist them to pay their rent and perform clerical and administrative functions. Beautiful office with a great support team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review daily rental payments and delinquencies
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Mail, phone and email residents
• Monitor files and records
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing system
• Perform all other office tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
