Position Summary: Join our team as an Assembly Technician responsible for the installation of hardware, chasing threaded holes, and bonding operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the quality and conformity of our products, contributing to the overall success of our assembly processes.

Position Responsibilities: As an Assembly Technician, you will be accountable for the following essential responsibilities:

1. Verify that products meet specification conformance.
2. Ensure products meet the requirements of the Manufacturing Order Task (MOT) and/or Blueprint (B/P).
3. Conduct pre-assembly inspections to identify and address any damage.
4. Verify that hardware meets MOT and/or B/P requirements.
5. Execute additional duties as assigned or requested.
6. Identify and tag rejectable items before submitting them for inspection.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. Strong communication skills in the English language.
2. Adaptability to varied requests from management.
3. Technical knowledge of hardware installation, tapping, and torque specifications.
4. Ability to confirm that all products meet the requirements of the MOT and/or B/P.
5. Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
6. Proficient blueprint reading skills.
