    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with job applicants, employees, and department managers, providing essential information and support.
    • Manage personnel records and reports with precision and attention to detail.
    • Facilitate bi-weekly payroll processing and ensure accurate updates in our HRIS system.
    • Drive recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening candidates, utilizing both internal platforms and participation in job fairs.
    • Administer benefits, including reconciling payroll with benefit invoices, ensuring seamless employee experience.
    • Collaborate with department supervisors to coordinate training activities, leveraging data from our ERP system for effective planning.
    • Uphold strict confidentiality standards regarding employee information and records.
    • Support HR Director in onboarding new employees and contribute to various projects, employee engagement initiatives, and community outreach events.
    • Participate in monthly employee council meetings to foster a collaborative work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required; preference for advanced coursework in human resources.
    • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR certifications highly desired.
    • Minimum of two years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Ability to present information clearly in various settings, from one-on-one interactions to group presentations.

    Physical Demands:

    • Regularly required to move around the facility, with occasional bending and stooping.
    • Manual dexterity and visual acuity necessary for handling tasks accurately.
    • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
