    CNC Programmer

    Summary:
    Are you a talented CNC Programmer with a knack for innovation? We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team and take charge of developing CNC programs, Manufacturing Work/Setup Instructions, and Inspection Instructions. In this role, you'll work closely with our Engineering Supervisor to provide manufacturing support and drive process improvements. Join us and be a vital part of revolutionizing CNC machining.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop CNC programs and interpret engineering drawings using Cad/Cam software or manual methods as needed.
    • Provide technical support to the manufacturing group, including interpreting inspection/CMM data and making recommendations for process improvements.
    • Determine tooling/gaging requirements for efficient part manufacturing, including sourcing new tooling or developing tooling with assistance from tooling engineers.
    • Generate Work Instructions and Setup Instructions to aid in part manufacturing.
    • Develop Inspection Methods/Instructions to ensure parts meet operational requirements, collaborating with tool designers, manufacturing engineering, and inspection teams.
    • Review production schedules and engineering specifications to maintain knowledge of manufacturing methods and activities.
    • Collaborate with Quality Control, Material, Manufacturing, and other departments to provide technical support.
    • Maintain records for CNC Programming using tools such as Teamcenter and manual systems.

    Minimum Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to wear proper personal protective equipment.
    • Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
    • Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles.
    • Frequent exposure to moderate to heavy noise.

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Preferred: BS Degree in Engineering.
    • Minimum of five (5) years' experience programming Multi-Axis CNC Lathes/Mills.
    • Experience with Siemens NX and/or DP technology Esprit preferred.
    • Broad knowledge of tooling for complex machining operations, with the ability to identify required tools and source as necessary.
    • Experience with Mazak Integrex and Okuma Multus is a plus.
