JCO is currently on the lookout for a Senior Systems Engineer for one of our top clients! This dynamic company is one of the top Electrical Contractors in the construction industry and they are looking for experienced individuals to join their team. This dynamic company is a key player in the Missions Critical field, and looking for someone who wants to further develop and advance their career.

The Duties will include:

• Monitor and/or assist on site walks with the AHJ/GC/Owner, as appropriate, in order to address specific items of a technical or Code related. Engineer-level technical issues would include but not be limited to system LV or MV protection, controls, automation and/or power quality.
• Supervise process coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and all electrical trades.
• Oversee the preparation of designs, including power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
• Prepare power system single-line diagrams, including feeder, over current protection sizing, and equipment elevations.
• Design Engineering responsibilities and will supervise, review, comment, and process equipment and system submittals.
  

The Ideal Person will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relatable field.
• Previous Engineering experience in the Mission Critical field
• Proficient in Autodesk, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Illumination software, and Oracle software pertaining to Engineering Productivity and CAC generation.
